In her book, Das Meer und ich: Wie ich mich selbst wiederfand, Tessa Randau tells the story of a woman approaching her forty-fifth year. Burnt-out, exhausted, and on an unexpected solo trip to a small island, she begins to reconcile herself with her life and learn to love herself again.
