She was born in Istanbul in 1981. After graduating from Pangaltı Armenian High School, she graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Radio TV Cinema. For 8 years, she worked as an editor and assistant director in various TV and production companies. In 2008, she started her career in the information technologies sector with Microsoft and is currently working as Artificial Intelligence Marketing Manager in the CEMA Region at the same company. Arlin Çiçekçi's first novel Beşerbazın Mârifeti was published in 2021, and her second novel was published in 2022 and she won the Duygu Asena Novel Award in 2023.
