Feride Çetin

Born in Istanbul in 1979, Feride Çetin studied Radio, TV and Cinema at Istanbul University Faculty of Communication. She became known for her performance in the film 2 Genç Kız, released in 2005, for which she received the Golden Boll Best Actress Award and the Promising Actress Award at the Ankara Film Festival and Sadri Alışık Cinema Awards. Although she is mostly known for her successful acting career, she has also made a name for herself as a writer. Çetin continued to write for many magazines and her works Duyulur Dünyanın Şakası and Annemiz Aşktır have become rare pieces of her author identity.
