For several years, Heather Morris wrote screenplays, one of which were chosen by an Academy award-winning author in the United States.In 2003, she was introduced to a gentleman who 'might just have a story worth telling' and the day she met Lale Sokolov changed both their lives. Their friendship developed and Lale embarked on a self-study journey during the Holocaust, entrusting her the deepest voices of her life.Heather wrote Lale's story as a screenplay that ranks high in international competitions before writing her first novel Auschwitz Tattooist which was published by Pegasus Publishing.
