Sibel Oral was born in 1979 in Istanbul. She wrote Beni Beklerken (2006), Zayi (2011) and Toprağın Öptüğü Çocuk (2015), İşitiyor musun Memet (2021). She works in journalism and publishing in the field of culture and arts.
